User consent for marketing purposes
The user agrees to receive, via the contact information he or she provided during the registration process, commercial information and newsletters, specifically short messages containing information about the news, products and services of the operator. Registered user also agrees that the operator is entitled to attach links in the form of URLs accompanied by advertising slogans at the end of the emails sent.
The user acknowledges that the emails mentioned above meet all the terms and conditions of the Act No. 40/1995 Coll., on Advertising Regulation, as amended, and Act no. No. 480/2004 Coll., on some services of information companies No. 480/2004 Coll., and are therefore not spam-related advertising. Disagreement with receiving such emails can be demonstrated by the user through his or her own opt-out through the option provided in each e-mail sent by the operator, or by notifying the operator about the disagreement with receiving the advertisements at the email address: marketing@petrof.com. In the subject of the message, the user must state NOT TO ADVERTISE.
The user grants his or her consent to the processing of personal data for a period of 10 years, with the possibility of revoking it at any time at the email address: marketing@petrof.com, or in writing at the address of the operator. In the subject of the message, the user must state PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING.
